Let us take the reins so you can focus on friends and family. Your coordinator steps in about a month before the big day with a touch base meeting to go over all the details we need to make your custom timeline. You’ll receive a draft timeline to make sure everything is in place before we send it out to the entire vendor team. We’ll be there for a maximum of 10 hours on the event day to greet and direct vendors, assist with transitions and keep things running smoothly and on time. This package is also available in Lite with a maximum of 6 hours of onsite coordination.

This package includes everything from Month of, but we are also there to assist with the planning process via unlimited phone and email Q&A for everything from budget guidance, design assistance, vendor recommendations and contract reviews and beyond. You also get 3 in person meetings to use at your discretion for anything from venue walk throughs, vendor meetings or just good old planning sit downs. You remain the primary point of contact with your vendor team but we're there to offer professional expertise along the way.

With this option it's a bit more hands off for a couple who may not have as much time to dedicate to planning. We become the main contact with your vendor team to cut down on some of the noise we already know how to sift through. Your in person meeting count also gets bumped up to 8 for a bit more face time since we'll be handling most of the behind the scenes minutia. You’ll also receive everything outlined in the Month of package.
