With this option, Your primary coordinator steps in about a month before the event with a touch base meeting to fine tune the details from your pre wedding documents. These two documents serve as a great road map for planning and are sent to you at the time of contracting.

You’ll also receive rehearsal coordination so everyone is comfortable and knows exactly where to be and when. Once your wedding day is here, our team is on site for approximately 10 hours. We arrive early to greet vendors, incorporate your personal items, prepare for the ceremony, assist with transitions into cocktail hour and reception keeping things running smoothly and on time. After everything has concluded, we pack up everything up and off to the right parties.

This package includes everything from Month of, but we are there from the start to assist with the planning process via unlimited phone and email Q&A.

As a planning client, you’ll have access to personalized planning portal where you can track everything from budget, assistance, vendor recommendations, contract reviews and beyond. You also get 3 in person meetings to use for anything from venue walk throughs, design meetings, or just good old planning sit downs.

With this option you remain the primary point of contact with your vendor team but we're there to offer professional expertise along the way.

Not into wedding planning? That’s ok, we are!

With this option it's a bit more hands off for a couple who may not have as much time to dedicate to planning. We become the main contact with your vendor team to cut down on some of the noise we already know how to sift through. You’ll be able to monitor our progress through your planning portal as well as monthly check-ins to make sure we’re keeping with your vision and answering whatever questions you may have along the way. Your in person meeting count gets bumped up to 8 for a bit more face time since we'll be handling most of the behind the scenes minutia. You’ll also receive everything outlined in the Month of package.
